This Privacy Policy describes the policies and practices of JEWEALITY and lead developer Mahesh Varma ("we", "us", or "our") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Android mobile application FoldPlay - Offline Music Player (the "App").

Our guiding principle is simple: FoldPlay is an offline-first utility. Your songs, audio tracks, playlists, folders, and listening habits belong entirely to you. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud backends to capture, store, or profile your personal data.

FoldPlay does not harvest, log, or transmit any of the following:

• Your Music Files: Audio files stored on your device are indexed locally solely for playback. They are never uploaded, streamed, copied to cloud servers, or analyzed.
• Personal Identification: No names, home addresses, phone numbers, contacts, emails, or personal identifiers are collected.
• Biometrics or Location: We never request GPS, coarse location, or biometric data.
• Proprietary Telemetry: FoldPlay contains no proprietary crash-reporting or behavioral analytics SDKs that track user sessions.

FoldPlay requests only the strictly essential Android operating system permissions required to provide offline audio playback and display ad support:

FoldPlay is offered free of charge. To cover development, maintenance, and ongoing updates, the App integrates Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display advertisements (such as banner ads).

AdMob is our third-party advertising partner. When an ad is requested, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personal device information, including:

• Device & Network Identifiers: IP address, device model, operating system version, carrier, and Google Advertising ID (GAID).
• Ad Performance Metrics: Ad impressions, click-through events, and ad diagnostics to detect fraud and measure ad viewability.

We respect your rights under international privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EEA/UK users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Managing or Revoking Your Consent in the App:

You can review or change your ad consent choices at any time directly inside FoldPlay:
Settings > Support & Legal > Privacy Options.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads on Android:

You can disable personalized ads across all apps on your Android device:
Open your device Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) > Reset or Delete Advertising ID.

All app-specific data (such as custom folder lists, favorite songs, playback queue, repeat/shuffle preferences, and cached folder trees) is stored strictly in the private internal sandbox of your Android device (Room Database & SharedPreferences).

• Instant Deletion: If you uninstall FoldPlay or navigate to Android Settings > Apps > FoldPlay > Clear Storage, every byte of cached data, custom folders, and preferences is permanently deleted from your device.

FoldPlay is intended for general audiences who listen to their local audio libraries. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

Because the App does not collect personal information or require accounts, parents and guardians can rest assured that their children's offline media listening activities remain private. If you have any questions regarding children's privacy, please contact us immediately.

We prioritize the security of your device. Since FoldPlay operates offline without transmitting your media library over the internet, your files are protected by Android's application sandboxing architecture:

• Isolated App Sandbox: Other applications cannot read FoldPlay's internal database without explicit permission.
• Scoped Storage Compliance: FoldPlay adheres strictly to Android 10+ Scoped Storage and Android 13+ granular media permissions (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO), accessing only audio files.
